Our affiliated domiciliary care company provides respite and day service provision in line with our philosophy. Jeesal D C Ltd was established in May 2010 and is based at Patches Farm in Buxton, Norfolk.  

The day service provision at Patches Farm is set in purpose built property offering a number of interlinked rooms that enable a diverse range of activities (formal and social), new learning and fun to be undertaken.  They also hold a strong and positive role in the local community where conventional services are accessed, for example when eating out, frequenting the local hostelry, shopping, swimming, bowling etc. 

We support service users to have meaningful input in shaping and creating their individually tailored support packages. We are dedicated to enabling and empowering individuals in achieving personal goals and ambitions whilst embracing positive risk management to realise potential.

The Respites services accommodated at Elizabeth Barns is a purpose built ground floor barn conversion creating individual apartments set around a courtyard garden with extensive views over the countryside. These are inclusive of full bathroom and kitchen facilities and cater for individual need, however complex or conversely just for a ‘get away’ when needed. A highly experienced and consistent team facilitate the success of these two services.
