Jeeva and Sally's story

Jeeva and Sally met whilst training at King’s College Hospital, London in 1974. After attaining qualifications in both health and social care they practiced in London, in the boroughs of Lambeth and Bromley.

They married and started their family before moving to Norfolk in 1985, to fulfil their ambition of supporting people with learning disabilities. They opened their first residential service in Cromer called Westbrook House in 1985. Westbrook House continues to be a successful service providing support and accommodation to individuals with a learning disability.

As the organisation grew so did their family, with three girls Susila, Sarita and Shula.

Jeesal Group now has a number of different services across the county to meet specific needs. Our Training Centre provides mandatory and specialised training to ensure our staff team have a great foundation of knowledge, investing in specialised training as part of their professional development. This ensures the high quality of care provided in all our services. Jeesal DC enables us to use our skills and experience on an outreach basis, enabling individuals to retain independence whilst supporting families and individuals at our respite facility. Jeesal Cawston Park, finishes our circle of care providing specialist assessment and treatment whilst retaining our social care core values.

Jeeva and Sally, as owners and directors, are still very hands on in the day to day running of Jeesal Group, ensuring its values and philosophy never wavers as it grows. This reflects their passion and dedication to providing high quality accommodation and high quality support and care to individuals with a learning disability.
