At Casarita, we provide the opportunity for seven people with a learning disability to create their own home.

Casarita is situated in Taverham which is a busy suburb of Norwich. There are excellent public transport facilities locally and within Norwich itself. The service also provides access to a vehicle to enable individuals to access wider resources .

The City of Norwich has a wide range of educational, leisure and recreational facilities for its population to enjoy. The county of Norfolk has a vast array of beautiful countryside with many coastal towns.

The house is separated into four separate living areas

Front Annex

The front annex is a one bedded flat with its own large lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathing facility. The flat has its own independent access and shares the communal gardens.

Rear Annex

The rear annex is a one bedded flat with its own large lounge. The flat has an ensuite shower room with the bedroom. Kitchen facilities are provided within the main house to enable monitoring of health and safety issues.

The flat has its own independent access as well as its own safe garden area.

Main House Ground Floor

The ground floor of the main house provides three single bedrooms, of which one has its own ensuite shower facilities.One of the bedrooms has access to a ceiling hoist facility and the shared bathroom has a ceiling hoist fitted. There is a large lounge and kitchen diner. The unit has its own independent access and shares the communal gardens.

Main House First Floor

The first floor of the main house provides two one bedroom flats. These both have an open plan kitchen/lounge and bedroom with en-suite. There is independent access to the unit as well as sharing the communal gardens.
