At 13 Vicarage Road we provide the opportunity for six people with a learning disability to create their own home. The aim of the staff team is to provide a range of experiences and opportunities to the tenants by accessing their local community. A bus and train route links Cromer to a range of places including the City of Norwich , Kings Lynn, Holt and Sheringham. As a large coastal town Cromer benefits from an extensive range of sporting, leisure, educational and community facilities. As a tourist area, there is also a wide range of additional places of interest to visit. Cromer is situated in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside with its magnificent views, walks and inspiration. The service also provides access to a vehicle to enable individuals to access wider resources. The house is separated into four different flats as follows Flat One provides a single person service with a large lounge, and bedroom with en-suite facilities. Flat Two provides a single person service with a lounge, separate kitchen area and bedroom with en-suite facilities. Flat Three provides a single person service with a lounge/ kitchen area and bedroom with en-suite facilities. Flat Four provides for three people with single bedrooms of which one has an en-suite. The flat has additional shared bathing facilities, lounge and kitchen/dining room. The home also has a shared large kitchen area and separate lounge. This additional facility allows for tenants in the flats to mix with each other as and when it best suits them as individuals. There is a small courtyard garden to the rear of the home which can be used for barbecues, social gatherings or a quiet period of relaxation.
