The Manor Flats

The Manor Flats provide individual flats that provide longer-term support as a ‘step-down’ from a more secure environment.

The flats provide accommodation and support for individuals who require specialist input creating a unique individualised rehabilitation service.

With this step down facility we aim to provide individuals with the physical, social, psychological and emotional skills necessary to function safely within the community.

Each of the 5 flats has a large single bedroom, with en suite facilities, and individual sitting rooms. The communal kitchen and dining area provides facilities for individuals to prepare meals and drinks with appropriate levels of support.

The Manor Flats ‘step down’ provision is mirrored in two bungalows that sit within the hospital perimeter, which enables a smooth transition to discharge.

Support and Treatment

We pride ourselves on seeing opportunities rather than obstacles and reflecting this, our prime objective is to assist the Individuals we support to establish and meet the goals that they set for themselves and their future through the shared pathway of therapeutic provision and accommodation provided by the Jeesal Group.

Our services are delivered through a fully integrated multi-professional and inter-disciplinary team approach, drawing upon the specialisation and strengths of the entire professional team. The team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, support workers and an independent advocacy service. They offer a variety of clinical and holistic therapeutic approaches within each service to ensure individual needs are met.

All our clinicians are specifically chosen to work for Jeesal Group on a full time basis thus ensuring a reactive, responsive service. Our clinicians take time to build a shared working relationship with Individuals we support and we believe having this workforce is the secret of our success.

The Jeesal Group functions openly and with transparency, for this reason complaints, comments and suggestions are fundamental tools in improving our service. Experienced professionals who subscribe to the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman’s six principles of good compliant handling staff the Complaints Department. Our reports and documentation are made readily available to the regulating bodies upon request.
