  • Knowledge of understanding moral and business reasons for Equality and Diversity
Course Aims:-
  • To develop Knowledge of Equality and Diversity
  • To identify various issues of Equality and Diversity
  • To identify effective principles of Equality and Diversity
  • To explore the legislative requirements
  • Knowledge of overcoming preconceived ideas towards Equality and Diversity, including Ethnicity, Religion and Cultural Beliefs.
Learning Outcomes:-
  • Gain a working Knowledge and understanding of Equality and Diversity
  • Understanding the various issues of Equality and Diversity with reference to Legislation
  • Understand the rationale of issues regarding Equality and Diversity
  • Be able to incorporate Theory and Practice with regards to Equality and Diversity
  • To be able to respect the values of Equality and Diversity

Upon successful completion of this course the candidate will be certificated by JRCS Training. This course aims to provide a sound working knowledge to enable the delegate to implement the protocols and procedures with confidence. This course will also give the delegate evidence towards Common Induction Standards, NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 and preparation for further study.
