National Minimum Standards

Course Outline:-	Promote Understanding of the Standards Act To present the 43 standards involved Explanation of CSCI and how this impacts on employment role
Course Aims:-	To raise the profile of the National Minimum Care Standards To identify staff responsibilities in evidencing standards in inspection To develop knowledge and understanding of the homes documentation
Learning Outcomes:-	Gain a working understanding of National Minimum Care Standards Gain Knowledge and understanding of how inspections are conducted Gain an in depth knowledge of the support systems that can be used in evidencing the standards

Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be certificated by: JRCS Training in accordance with induction standards linked to the common induction standards and codes of practice. This course aims to provide a sound working knowledge to enable the delegate to implement the protocols and procedures with confidence. This course will also give the delegate evidence towards Common Induction Standards, NVQ Units: HSC 23, 24 & HSC 33, 35 and preparation for further study.
