JRCS Training is headed by the Principal, Cefyn Lloyd, B.Sc (Hons), Cert Ed, MInstLM. Mr. Lloyd joined Jeesal Residential Care Services in 2002 with the specific purpose of creating and developing an experienced training team. He is the Quality Assurance Coordinator with City and Guilds and has a wealth of experience of creating, developing and delivering training courses to staff. He is also a registered NVQ Internal Verifier and Assessor with City and Guilds and a Registered Manager. Cefyn is also a registered trainer with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and delivers courses in Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Health & Safety, First Aid and Epilepsy Awareness. The Training Manager is Karl Jefferies, MInstLM, who has been with the organisation since 1991 working at all levels within the services, including Registered Manager. Mr. Jefferies is registered with City and Guilds as an Internal Verifier and Assessor for NVQ, as well as the City and Guilds Level 3 Certificate in teaching. He delivers training in Adult Abuse & POVA, Moving & Handling, Medication Awareness, Equality & Diversity and National Minimum Standards. |

Michelle Tebble, MInstLM, is the Lead Assessor for JRCS Training, having worked within the organisation since 1996. She has worked at all levels, including as Registered Manager and is registered with City and Guilds as an Internal Verifier and Assessor for NVQ. She also delivers our Assessors and Internal Verifiers courses. Michelle holds the Registered Managers Award, the City & Guilds 325-3 Advanced Management for Care, NVQ Level 3 Promoting Independence and NVQ Level 2 Special Needs. Michelle has also completed an ITQ (NVQ in Information Technology) at Level 2 with Norwich City College. Emma Cliffe joined JRCS Training in October 2007 as an NVQ Assessor, having worked for another residential care organisation for 15 years, most recently as Registered Manager. She holds the City and Guilds Health and Social Care NVQ Level 4, City & Guilds 325-3 Advanced Management for Care, and holds a First Aid Trainer/Assessor qualification recognised by the Health & Safety Executive. Emma is on programme with City and Guilds for the Internal Verifiers Award. Emma has also completed an ITQ at Level 2 with Norwich City College and designed our organisations website. Sam Wiseman, MInstLM, has worked for JRCS Ltd since 1993, having worked at various levels and previously managed three services within JRCS. Sam holds NVQ Level 4 RMA and is also a qualified NVQ assessor. Sam is currently also a student at the University of Manchester studying for a certificate of Higher Education in Profound and Complex Learning Disabilities. Sam delivers training in Signalong, Person Centred Planning and NAPPI and has developed our new City and Guilds Induction Award and also the City and Guilds Personal Progression that some of our tenants will be working towards. Paula Grego has recently joined JRCS Training on a part-time basis as an NVQ Assessor. Paula completed her A1 award with JRCS Training earlier this year and has developed her skills to become a very competent assessor, assessing candidates at Level 2. When not working for JRCS Training, she continues to work at our home, Westbrook House, and is also currently working towards her Health and Social Care level 3 to enable her to assess candidates at this level. Joseph Grego is a Behaviour Support Manager leading our specialist team within the organisation. He has been with the company for around 15 years, working at various levels within it including Registered Manager. Qualified as a Mental Health Nurse, Joseph is well qualified to deliver training in Mental Health Awareness and Behaviour Analysis. He is also qualified as an NVQ Assessor.
